WEEKEND IN PICTURES #010 PART I

Sorry for the complete lack of blogging recently – I was just too busy having the most fun weekend!! And now I am slowly edging my way though the recovery process! I might resume that Bloggers Challenge some day but for now I hope you enjoy my snaps from the weekend.

I went for Cocktails (YUM) Thursday night to help my housmate celebrate finishing her Thesis and more importantly to celebrate her Engagement!! Gav arrived Friday so we went and tackled the steps up to the top of the Arc de Triomphe. The weather was a bit shit so the view was just okay. We walked down the Champs Elysee to the Grand Palais – passing Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Cartier on the way – Some day I will stroll into one of those stores with not a care in the world and a nice fat bank balance! We went into some Animal exhibition – after a few minutes of pretending to appreciate the “depth of detail” and “the way the rabbit excellently portrays the struggle of a Recession” we went in search of the exit and a crepe! Randomly found a roof garden on the top of Gallerie LaFayette where we chilled out before we headed downstairs to check out the €1750 designer heels. After a hard day of sightseeing and laughing we strolled by the Moulin Rouge and into the Irish Bar next door! We barely left the dancefloor – SO MUCH FUN! GO THERE!

I wore my Neon Zara satchel (OBESSESSED!) with an all black outfit the new Topshop necklace my sister sent me (I know, She’s full of surprises!) So yeah time to stop rambling! More tomorrow from my amazing weekend.
